  • 1. Get your company signed up.

    Review the details and agreements provided below and reach out with any questions. Once you are ready to go forward, return the signed agreement on behalf of your company and get ready to resource your employees in a whole new way.

  • 2. Send application link to employees.

    Once everything is received on our end, the company will receive information links to be distributed to their employees. From there, employees will complete and submit their application and wait to be matched with a like-minded peer.

  • 3. Get matched and begin the journey.

    Here the journey to change begins. While conversations between peers is confidential, you will get access to sentiment analysis and data analytics to track the ways that this new opportunity produces real progress and growth within your company.
